Hello everyone! I’m Milkshake, a Black Hong Kong village dog who started my happy dog life at an adoption center, and I currently serve as the CEO of Dogster Gogo.

When I was 2 years old, my dog dad passed away due to lymphoma. Then, when I turned 5, my littermate sister was also diagnosed with lymphoma and left us in just two short weeks. It was also this year that I learned I carry the genetic gene for lymphoma.

This deeply unforgettable experience made me fully understand how crucial health is for every furry kid. Now, I lead the team to focus on developing new products, hoping to protect the health and create happiness for more furry friends with love.

Hello, I’m Kaman Or, Founder and COO of Dogster Gogo. Pets’ lifespans are only one-tenth of humans’—this precious brevity made me cherish every moment with my beloved Milkshake. The birth of our brand stemmed from a beautiful inspiration while looking for a birthday cake for Milkshake: it was this desire to give our furry friend a unique celebration that led us to brainstorm and establish our own pet bakery brand. Later, when Milkshake turned 5, we learned it carried a genetic lymphoma gene, and this special bond—paired with the awareness of pets’ short lifespans—only strengthened my original mission to "extend Milkshake’s lifespan and safeguard the health of all furry friends."

I’ve infused the brand with decades of accumulated experience: I once designed stages for Fortune 500 companies and created luxury weddings for family brands. The dedication to details, ingenuity in atmosphere creation, and insight into personalized needs from the luxury design field have now become the creative foundation of our pet baking. At the same time, I took the lead in integrating traditional Asian dietary concepts with modern pet nutrition, driving the industry forward from "meeting survival needs" to "enhancing health quality," and carefully safeguarding the health of every furry friend.

Today, we continue to uphold the concept of "pursuing uniqueness like customizing a luxury wedding," and create tailor-made products for pet-friendly hotels, enterprises, and restaurants—products that balance aesthetics, nutrition, and brand recognition, and have won deep trust from the market and consumers. In the future, I will continue to leverage the aesthetics and service mindset of luxury design to upgrade pet food to be "high-quality, personalized, and scenario-based," develop more scenario-specific custom products, fulfill my commitment to pet health, and jointly build a warm industry ecosystem.

Woof! I’m Skippy, a former Hong Kong village dog who once wandered alone—until I found my forever home at Dogster Gogo. This warm place didn’t just change my fate; it made me the brand’s lucky mascot!

My job? Spread joy, one wag at a time!

• For the team: I’m the office’s “mood lifter.” Whether someone’s buried in work or needs a pick-me-up, I’ll nudge their hand with my nose, curl up by their desk, or do a little spin—turning busy days softer and brighter.

• For our clients: I’m the friendly face (and paw!) at meetups or events. I love greeting you with a tail that won’t stop wagging, letting you pet my fur, and making every chat about pet treats feel like a cozy chat with an old friend.
